JLS Star’s Hypnotherapy Quest
It looks like even the JLS guys still need to impress the ladies…Turns out JLS star Marvin Hume has sought hypnotherapy to overcome his fear of heights. The reason? He wants to go to Alton Towers, and (a friend says apparently) this will help him not look like a wimp in front of his girlfriend.
Regardless of the reason for Marvin using hypnosis for his fear of heights, it’s good to see another positive report on hypnotherapy, particularly involving such a high profile pop star. It does seem that hypnotherapy is getting better press these days, and perhaps it’s long overdue. With so much research and evidence to support hypnosis in a variety of contexts, more articles such as this are welcomed.
